How we handle your concern

   We acknowledge your message within 3 working days.

2. 2. Reviewed

   A senior person not involved in the issue looks into it. Safeguarding and PSEA concerns go straight to our PSEA focal point.

3. 3. Resolved

   We tell you the outcome and what we will change. If you are not satisfied, the Executive Panel will review it.

Zero tolerance. Sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment, fraud and corruption by anyone working or volunteering for WAYDO are never acceptable. You can report anonymously, and nobody is penalised for raising a concern in good faith.
